TLA Campus Safety

Standards of Ethical Conduct

As a Christian school, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and professional behavior. All staff members are expected to demonstrate integrity, respect, honesty, confidentiality, and Christ-centered character in their interactions with students, families, colleagues, and the community.

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." — Colossians 3:23 (NIV)

For detailed expectations and requirements, please refer to our Standard of Ethical Conduct Policy.

Reporting Professional Misconduct

Maintaining a safe and Christ-centered school environment is a shared responsibility. Staff members are expected to promptly report suspected professional misconduct that may affect the well-being of students or the integrity of the school.

"Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy." — Proverbs 31:9 (NIV)

For reporting procedures, please refer to our Professional Misconduct Reporting Policy.
